Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. All of our pieces are printed, framed and shipped on demand for our customers. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
RETURNS
All our Wall of Venus pieces are printed, framed, and shipped on demand to our customers. With that being said, you have 14 days to initiate a return from when a piece is delivered. You can do this as many times as you'd like for 14 days from when your piece is delivered. We want you to be in love with your piece! To initiate a return, please click HERE. Thank you!
Please Note
- All orders are made on demand, after 24 hours we will starting printing, mounting, and framing specifically for you order.
- That is why we have a policy of only 14 days to return our pieces. All our Wall of Venus pieces are printed, framed, and shipped on demand to our customers.
- After 24 hours, we are unable to modify your order as well. Please reach out to info@wallofvenus.com as soon as possible if you think something went wrong during your order.
Art Piece Damaged During Transit
- If the off chance that your product(s) was damaged while in transit with one of our shipping partners, please initiate a replacement of your damaged piece by clicking HERE.
