WHAT IS THE TURNAROUND TIME OF MY ORDER?

Every order is created on demand. We print, custom frame, and send based on your order. That allows us to maintain the museum gallery quality that we think fine-art should have. With the demand we currently have, it's taking us roughly 5 business days to fulfill orders at this moment. Once your artwork is shipped, we will send the tracking information to help you understand where your artwork is.

WHAT DOES LIMITED EDITION MEAN?

Our framed fine art is printed and framed with museum-quality materials. We wanted to make our pieces unique so we decided there would only be a certain amount produced in each unique piece. Once they are gone, Wall of Venus will not produce anymore. That way it is not mass produced, it is exclusive and feels special to you and anyone that sees your new piece! 

WHAT IS DIFFERENCE BETWEEN FRAMED PRINTS AND FRAMED ART?

Both the framed prints and the framed art are limited edition. Framed prints feature artists around the globe while the wall art are originals. The other difference is the materials used for the printing and framing process. The framed prints utilize 290 gsm 100% cotton rag matte archival paper with archival inks, while the framed art uses classic photo satin, with its bright white point, you get vivid color and contrast. We use eco-solvent inks so we do not need to laminate. The other difference is our wall art is limited edition, but does not include a COA.

CAN I RETURN OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

Each piece is printed, mounted, and framed on demand, specifically for you. So we have a strict policy and returns are not accepted. Please see our return policy for more information. If something occurs, we will not refund until we've fully inspected the package that was sent back to us. We do this because each piece is limited edition. So we must ensure limited quantities. 

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER THEN?

Yes, BUT all cancellations and changes must be made within 24 hours of you placing your order. If you request outside of the 24 hour window, we are unable to make any adjustments or changes to your order.

MY ORDER ARRIVED DAMAGED.

Please let us know as soon as you receive your piece if your order is not in pristine condition. We ask you to send photos of the damaged piece and the packaging that it came in, please send to info@wallofvenus.com so we can help.

MY ORDER SAYS DELIVERED, BUT I DON'T SEE IT.

If you've received an email saying your order has been delivered, but you do not see it, please email info@wallofvenus.com and we will help locate your order!

WHAT ARE YOUR FRAMES?

We have 2 different ways we frame and it depends on the size of artwork you purchase. If you purchased an Enthusiast, an Aesthete, or a Lover and select a color frame, it will be with a hardwood frame with a 2.5" mat board. If you order a Collector or a Connoisseur and a colored frame, it will be inside a shadowbox with a 2" boarder.

IS IT GLASS OR ACRYLIC FOR THE FRAMED ART?

We have chosen to use a UV blocking acrylic for any size of art you purchase. We do this because because we want to make sure your artwork is taken care of, and protected while it's en route to you.

HOW DO I HANG THE ARTWORK?

Each piece of art will come with wall buddies to make hanging your artwork easy! If you choose to use screws, we recommend using screws with our sizes; Enthusiast, Aesthete, and Lover. We recommend a screw and anchor for our sizes; Collector and Connoisseur.

Our posters come rolled, but you will easily be able to flatten them out with some books. How you hang the posters, is up to you!
